On December 19, we successfully hosted a follow-up Career Day. Although the event featured a smaller group of five speakers, the adjusted schedule allowed for longer sessions, fostering meaningful dialogue and in-depth follow-up conversations between the presenters and students.
The morning concluded with a keynote from Rick Mathews, who shared his unique professional experiences in Major League Baseball with students.

Deck the halls at M-U Elementary!

Story time with Mrs. Croteau!

Shoutout to the Appanoose County Sheriff's Office! Thank you for bringing gifts to K-3 students. We appreciate your leadership and service to the community. Merry Christmas!

Congratulations M-U students, Ms. Durley and Mrs. Avery for a wonderful Christmas Concert!

Our PK-12 Winter Concert is happening this Thursday, and we are looking forward to a wonderful evening of music! In conjunction with the event, the Music Boosters will be hosting a bake sale to support our student programs. If you are able to contribute, please bring a baked item that is "packaged to sell" and drop it off at the school office by 5:30 PM on Thursday. For those who are unable to attend the concert in person, you can still support our performers by watching the livestream on our Hudl Fan page.

State Representative Austin Harris visited Moulton-Udell 4th grade today. The most recent reading unit throughout the elementary was a Government theme so 2nd grade joined in on the presentation. Thank you, Austin, for helping students understand what could be a difficult topic to comprehend.

Snow-buddies forever❄️☃️💙.

📚❄️ Christmas Break Reading Fun! ❄️📚
Looking for something fun and encouraging for your child to do over Christmas break? We’ve got just the thing!
While you’re enjoying your holiday break, have fun while reading by completing the Reading Activity Board. Simply follow the directions in each square and place an X when it’s completed. Keep going until the entire board is filled—you can do it!
✨ Once finished, return the completed board to Mrs. Croteau at the Moulton-Udell Elementary Library on January 5 to receive a small prize as a celebration of your hard work and love for reading!
🖊️ Please remember:
A parent, guardian, or adult in the home must sign the board before it is turned in.
We are so proud of our students for continuing to read, learn, and grow—even during the holidays. Let’s make reading part of the Christmas fun! 🎄📖
Happy Reading & Merry Christmas!

Tickets will still be good for the new date. We will provide details as we receive them.
